Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

San Antonio, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
Evaluate and treat patients to restore, maintain, and improve functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress and treatment plans using the facility's EMR system (Net Health)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed to support patient care demands

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Experience in an acute care setting
Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Net Health EMR
Ability to adhere to facility dress code (black scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
Experience with travel therapy assignments or adaptability to new clinical environments
