We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Order Picker in Kearny, NJ. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish , must have their own car , and be experienced working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires hands-on experience operating a ride-along pallet jack to accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Experience using RF scanners a plus. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to following warehouse safety and quality standards.

• Pick orders using a ride-along forklift (walkie rider) – must have experience
• Accurately select products from inventory using pick tickets or electronic orders with an RF scanner (training available)
• Locate products and verify item codes, quantities, and descriptions
• Pack and label orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Indoor warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
• Must be comfortable using handheld electronic devices such as RF scanners
