Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Document care activities and patient responses clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to plan and adjust patient care as needed.
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition per unit policy.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3x12 schedule (36 hours per week).
- Experience or familiarity with the Med Surg patient population; strong clinical competency in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills to coordinate with the care team.
- Availability to begin the assignment on or around 10/12/2026 for a 13-week duration.
