Office Manager
Job Description Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage front office team, including scheduling and coordination with dental claims manager
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients, helping them understand value and urgency of care
Secure treatment acceptance and treatment financing options including follow through on unscheduled treatment
Manage insurance workflows: verification, breakdowns, claims submission, and follow-up
Ensure accurate and timely collections (patient portions and insurance AR)
Monitor and improve key metrics: case acceptance, collections, aging, and production
Coordinate closely with clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience
Train and mentor front office staff to improve performance and accountability
full-time $40 - $45 per hour

Work Hours : Mon to Thursday 8am to 5pm (Friday is 1/2 day Admin time no patients)
Requirements Strong experience with Dentrix (required)
Proven ability in treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
Deep understanding of dental insurance (PPOs, breakdowns, EOBs, claims)
Strong collections and AR management experience
Leadership experience managing or supervising team members preferred
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Familiarity with Dentrix Software a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Experience with advanced dental procedures
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance helpful
