As a Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll spend your time doing what you do best, originating loans and building relationships with borrowers. Our processing and underwriting teams handle the loan file, allowing you to focus on closing more business and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a full time, on site position based at our corporate headquarters in Cerritos, California. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with borrowers and guide them through the mortgage process. Originate residential mortgage loans, including purchase, refinance, and home equity products. Recommend lending solutions based on each borrower's financial goals and qualifications. Maintain a consistent pipeline while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure an efficient closing process. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending requirements. Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license. Minimum of two active state licenses.
