Hall of Fame Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents’ needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence.
We are hiring for full-time 1st shift (7am-7pm).
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
Respond effectively to emergency situations
