Per Diem HHA – Suffolk County | $19.65–$20.00/Hour | Drivers Needed
Affirmed Home Care – New York’s Premier Concierge Home Care Agency

Affirmed Home Care is hiring  Per Diem HHAs with a valid driver’s license to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout  Suffolk County .

Pay: $19.65–$20.00/Hour
Day & Weekend Shifts Available
Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Deliver safe, dependable care in the client’s home

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Valid driver’s license – REQUIRED
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year OR chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
