Class B CDL Dump Truck Driver

Pack Rat Hauling is seeking a dependable and experienced Class B CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This position is strictly for operating a dump truck and hauling materials to and from job sites, disposal facilities, and material suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial dump truck
• Haul dirt, rubble, concrete, stone, aggregate, and other construction materials
• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites, recycling facilities, landfills, and suppliers
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely
• Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions
• Maintain accurate tickets and other required paperwork
• Keep the truck clean and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Operate safely on customer and construction sites
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and other employees

Requirements

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate a dump truck
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Ability to pass all required DOT and company screenings
• Dependable, punctual, and able to report to work on time
• Comfortable driving on construction sites and in varying road and weather conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors
